Only the nationality - or perhaps perceived stereotypes of the different nationality businessmen encouraged by popular media and entertainment (films etc) (but not the reality) of a Hard dealing Russian businessman, smooth talking american businessman, well mannered proper English Businessman. (but I do not think in reality this is how they are, just stereotypes from our medias) I think the only difference is in Nationality and language, The core personality will be similar I believe.
