How to easily enable console cheat commands in Counter Strike 2?

Hey guys, I'm looking for experienced users who have been playing Counter Strike 2 for a long time. Who can quickly teach me how to use the console so that I can gain experience and improve my gaming skills? I am particularly interested in it, such as those described on VRedux CS2 command list.
