Any person or entity (further – user) accessing the Webanketa.com website (further – Webanketa) or any of the information contained herein agrees to and is bound by the following terms and conditions (agreement). This Agreement is a legal agreement between the user and Webanketa services that includes computer software, data storage mechanisms, databases and related designs, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not authorized to use the Webanketa.

Webanketa is website which provides the possibility to collect and manage information for its users. Registered users collect information by creating surveys and making them available to third parties by sending out invites or publishing the link of the survey.

By signing up or participating in survey at Webanketa, the user agrees that his/her data will be managed and processed. The user agrees that his/her data are displayed in website section references . Webanketa automatically receives and stores on its servers the information from visitors' browser. It includes IP address, cookies and other available information.

Webanketa user account is protected by password to protect data privacy and safety of the user. Each registered user holds responsibility not to share his access data to third parties. The user is responsible for his entered information and any other actions that are carried out using his account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of his account data and access password.

User is allowed to use the account for personal or company use only.

Responsibility of the information contents

Webanketa user is solely responsible of all information that it enters in the website and sends out or makes available in any other way to third parties.

Webanketa does not control the data and contents which have been made available using website services. Webanketa does not guarantee the quality, accountability and integrity of this information.

Using Webanketa the user agrees not use the services to:

Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
Harm minors in any way;
Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Webanketa official or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ( Rights ) of any party;
Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.

Privacy policy

Webanketa user account information, created surveys and results are solely the property of the user. Data confidentiality is one of Webanketa main operating principles. Webanketa will not make available user information to third parties, except in cases stated by local and international laws. Webanketa has rights to close user account and access to surveys, and forward the user information to authorities if laws require it or there is a reason to believe that this action should be commenced.

Signing up for Webanketa services and participating is voluntary. Survey participants are aware and responsible how much personal information they provide. Survey participants are aware that all provided information is available and will be used for data processing by the user of Webanketa.

Data storage and processing policy

Webanketa stores and handles the user identity on the side of his browser to store and use its status as the use of the service (the selected language, regional settings of his system, the session number, and the like).

Webanketa stores and retrieves the identity of a user on the server side to enable authorization on the site, the ability to bind to the user collected data and avoid repeatedly answering polls, which may require uniqueness respondents.

All user-created questionnaires and collected data belong to the author of the questionnaire and handled only through the functions of the site by the author questionnaire through his account, with the permission of the author or any other person (for example, published applications and their results).

When you create a questionnaire, which will collect the personal information of respondents, the author of the questionnaire the questionnaire itself undertakes to notify the respondent of the fact of collecting personal data and their further processing.

Webanketa developers have the right handle profiles and the data they collected just in case you need to track down and fix discovered an error in the service, or should the situation warrant related to a violation by the user of the current conditions of use of the service.

Webanketa developers have the right to treat user information in order to improve the operation of the service, but do not have the right to distribute them in the form that allows you to identify the users.

Our rights as a seller

Webanketa may limit, suspend, or stop providing the Services to you if you fail to comply with these Terms, or if you use the Services in a way that causes legal liability to us or disrupts others' use of the Services. Webanketa may also suspend providing the Services to you if we are investigating suspected misconduct by you. If we suspend or terminate the Services you receive, we will endeavor to give you advance notice and an opportunity to export a copy of your Content from that Service. However, there may be time sensitive situations where Webanketa may decide that we need to take immediate action without notice. Webanketa has no obligation to retain your Content upon termination of the applicable Service.

Customer rights as buyers

User can terminate a subscription in the middle of a billing cycle only if conditions and reasons for refusal comply with paragraph "Refund policy"

Refund policy

Returns accepted means can be made under the following conditions:

if an e-mail with the appropriate application received not later than three days from the date of payment;
if the statement contains a valid reason refund;
and if after payment of the user did not have time to use paid services provided.

If the reason for the refund is not reasonably related to the quality of our service, we reserve the right to deduct from the amount to be repaid at a minimum fee that is charged for the service refund.

Since the service of money transfers is performed by a third party (electronic payment services), the return time is limited by the internal rules of the system, which was used for transferring funds. We, in turn, will consider the application within three days.

Webanketa has rights to inform its users on various topics and news using the website and/or email.

Webanketa has rights to change and update these regulations without any notifications.

Information
