Booking a library card

Dear friends!
We are offering a new service at our Library. Would you like to receive our library card by ordering it online? Now you have a perfect opportunity!
You can receive a library card number and password without visiting the library. Please fill in the registartion form below and send it to acl@ukma.kiev.ua, so you will receive a number and password to log in into your library account. The number and password are used to make an online ordering at OPAC. If you would like to check in books, you need to issue a plastic card. Plastic card may be obtained at American Library (building 4, room 116) or at Reference Deratment (Antonovych Library). For NaUKMA community for free, for Non NaUKMA community - 50 UAH. And than you can receive an access to all our services and resources.
